Originally from New England, I relocated to Northeast Florida in 1993 to attend Flagler College and quickly made the area my permanent home. For more than 20 years, I have built a career spanning residential real estate, home construction, land development, and financing—providing clients with a level of insight that extends far beyond a traditional real estate transaction.

My career began with a national homebuilder, where I advanced through leadership positions before ultimately becoming a General Partner of a local custom homebuilding company in 2018. This unique background allows me to offer clients a comprehensive understanding of property value, construction quality, market trends, and investment potential.

Today, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers navigate Northeast Florida's most desirable communities, including Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Johns, Nocatee, St. Augustine, and the surrounding coastal markets.
